You can restart the php-fpm service within WHM >> Restart Services >> PHP-FPM service for Apache.  From within the command line you can run the following scripts /scripts/restartsrv_cpanel_php_fpm 
/scripts/restartsrv_apache_php_fpm.  Also I have included the log output and location of the logs below. 

 /usr/local/apache//logs/error_log
